Exactly as pictured. Box was crushed but device is fine. It came almost fully charged and works very well. Fan noise level is nice even on the highest setting. I will point out, (and this is not at all a problem but a plus), that if the wind is too strong on your face, simply turn it over and it is better meaning a stronger wind on your body but still a good breeze on your face, too ! It is a nice comfortable weight / very comfortable, I love it, it is very beautiful and I just know it will be a great gift for mowing grass and/or fishing !! I love it, it is very beautiful & thank goodness I bought TWO because if I hadn’t I would be keeping this gift for myself instead !

this works exactly as it should, and I’ve actually hung it on my dogs neck this afternoon. I have a little French bulldog and she walked around wearing the thing I should’ve took a video but I didn’t have my phone.
